Cake Is Happiness

Happy Friyay to all you guys, and a big shout out to all the social media followers of ThoughtKettle, who drooled over the cake I made, a couple of months ago. Many of them have been asking me about the recipe too. Which made me believe that, Cake is Happiness. Confused? Well, don’t be!! Where there is cake in the kitchen, there is a warmth so aromatic, a togetherness so spongy and smiles so sweet, that they keep the joy flowing. So here is the recipe for happiness, cake that is!!

First you take a bowl. Only, it is not a bowl, it resembles your mood for the day.

Now lets all add the easy emotions first, which is lots of acceptance, tiny bit of gratitude, little tinges of smartness and presence of mind, and a huge deal of trying out things. Slyly enough, you should notice that sweetness is always about experimenting new things in life.

Next up, going into mood, are the most important ingredients for delight – good memories which give it all the positivity, healthy relationships which are a key in keeping it together and lastly a tad bit of letting things go.

Since these feelings just don’t act by themselves, we are going to give them a little push by stirring them until everything combines well. Once they have settled in, lets pour this elation into a fresh mood and let the warmth do the rest. Just like the cake sets to action, you can feel your spirit rise and out comes, the delicious new-you.

It’s just been so overwhelming until now – so why not cool down and let the reality sink in for another 20 mins, until the next rush of feelings hit in. After relaxing, I always love to help myself with some generous chunks of humor because that is very crucial. What’s happiness without a sense of spontaneity and timing in comedy? And lastly, let’s beautify the mood with some sprinkles of success and fruitful hopes.

The right ingredients, a great plan of action, honest efforts and viola, here we are!! A gorgeous looking happy face in the form of a yummy looking dessert. Seriously guys, that is all it takes to be happy. I hope you try this recipe. Oh, I almost forgot, do serve it with love.
